Return & Refund Policy

At Liorelle, we take pride in curating fine jewelry with transparency, quality, and integrity. Because many of our pieces are limited, carefully sourced, and selected for their unique craftsmanship, returns are accepted only under the circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery only if a piece arrives damaged or if its materials are demonstrated not to match the specifications provided in the product description.

For eligible claims, the item must remain in its original, unworn condition and be accompanied by all original packaging and documentation. Liorelle reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim before approving a return.

Authenticity & Materials

The metal and gemstone composition of each piece is disclosed in its individual product description. While our core fine jewelry selection includes 18K gold, platinum, and natural diamonds, select pieces may feature 10k or 14K gold, including certain components such as ear backs, as well as lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.

These variations are fully disclosed in the product details and do not qualify as a reason for return.

Customers are encouraged to review the complete product description and specifications carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the disclosed materials and characteristics of the piece.

How to Request a Return

All approved return claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email hello@shopliorelle.com with the subject line “Return Request.”

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • A clear unboxing video showing the damage upon arrival, or other documentation supporting your claim

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the claim is approved.

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization from Liorelle.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected by Liorelle.
